From CycloDS
Cheats are hacks which lets you do some stuff in games which are normally not possible. The CycloDS has its own cheat engine that utilizes Action Replay cheat codes.
The best source for up-to-date user cheat files is GBATemp. Narin is maintaining the NEW massive CHEAT compilation thread or you can go directly to New Massive CHEAT Database and download the latest "user.EVOCHEATS.zip" archive.
After you download and unzip the archive, copy the file "user.evoCheats" into the "/CycloDS/" folder. Then put the MicroSD in the Cyclo DS and enable cheats from the settings menu. When you execute a game the message will appear "Do you wants cheats enabled for this game". Enable the cheats you want and use them. You can also disable/enable cheats while in-game. Go to Cyclo Enhanced menu and select "Disable cheats".
Roll your own:
If you want to create/edit your own user.evoCheats file, there is a cheat editor included with EvoTools 1.0 Beta2. *Note, EvoTools is sometimes identified as a trojan by some anti-virus packages.

Automatic Updates:
The latest version of UsrCheatUp now supports direct downloading from the New Massive CHEAT Database from your DS over wifi. You can also follow the UsrCheatUp thread on GBATemp (http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=102546)
